JOHAN THERON

Director

Johan completed his studies at the University of the Free State, obtaining a B.Comm Honours degree in Corporate Finance. He began his career in Property Administration as an accountant with Federale Ltd in 1983, progressing to his current position within Federal Parking. His sound knowledge of the industry and experience gleaned over many years exposure to the ever-changing parking management environment has positioned him as a leader in this challenging industry.

NICO KOUPIS

Director

Nico joined Federal Parking as a Director in March 2014. His role is to grow the Federal Parking business as well as the Security and Cleaning Services. He has been in business and property management since 2000.

PEET DE LANGE

Operational Executive

Peet is an established and seasoned labour relations and human resource practitioner with fifteen years experience in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management. During this time he has kept himself updated through ongoing studies obtaining certificates in Advanced Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from both the University of Natal (Westville) and the Natal Technicon.

ZACHARIA RATSIOE

Client Service Manager

Zacharia is responsible for all the relevant staff procedures and training. His primary function is the effective training of all staff to ensure the continuous upgrading of our professionalism in client interactions.

GJ FERREIRA

Financial Accountant

GJ manages all Federal's financial and legal matters an oversees the overall running of the Federal Head Office. His primary responsibility is the effective management of all external audit functions in conjunction with the company's auditing firm, FHBC and BGR inc.

CARINE VAN DER WATT

Administrative Manager

Carine oversees all administrative and accounting tasks related to the precise reporting of income and expense statements in comparison with the set of targets for all clients. One of her primary responsibilities is the effective management of all functions related to monthly permit debtors in conjunction with the company's auditing firm, FHBC and BGR Inc.

THELMA BEKKER

Internal Audit Manager

Thelma runs all administrative matters related to internal systems, audits and loss control. Her primary responsibilities also include the effective management of weekly performance reports and graphs for all clients and parkades.

FILIP BEZUIDENHOUT

Technical Manager

Filip has proven to be extremely capable and proficient in the parking management industry with many years experience in the installation and maintenance of an assortment of parking equipment and other related technology.

AMARENTIA NELL

Marketing – Training

Rentia has more than 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and planning. She has good analytical and communication skills. Her responsibilities are to plan marketing activities in conjunction with the company’s growth plan and work out strategies to execute that plan she is also responsible for all the personal’s trading to ensure the standard stays high.
